I hereby acknowledge that I am voluntarily participating in the Trades 4Life Youth Activities. I understand that there are inherent risks associated with these activities, which may include but are not limited to physical injury, property damage, and other potential hazards.

In consideration for being allowed to participate in these activities, I agree to release, indemnify, and hold harmless Trades 4Life, its organizers, employees, volunteers, and any associated parties from any and all liability, claims, demands, actions, or causes of action arising out of or related to my participation in these activities.

I understand and agree that this waiver includes any claims based on negligence, action, or inaction of Trades 4Life, its organizers, employees, or volunteers, to the fullest extent allowed by law. I also affirm that I am solely responsible for my own well-being during these activities.
